What to confirm before choosing a Phuket UK visa appointment, including location, service charges and travel.

Phuket is listed as a premium centre

The official UK-in-Thailand directory lists Phuket as a Premium Visa Application Centre. Published hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:00. This does not establish appointment availability or a particular service price.

We do not publish an unverified street address. Open the official Phuket listing and use the exact address and arrival instructions in your confirmed booking. Confirm details before buying transport or arranging time off.

Check the total before selecting Phuket

Review any centre or premium-service charge shown during booking, what it covers and the cancellation or rescheduling terms. Compare available centres if the location or cost does not suit you. Our service package, the UKVI fee and VFS charges are separate items.

A premium centre is not the same as UKVI Priority processing. Paying for a premium location or lounge does not itself speed up the visa decision or change your eligibility. Select a government decision service only if it is offered for your actual application.

Prepare for the confirmed appointment

Use the appointment confirmation to check the passport, confirmation pages and supporting documents you must bring. Complete document upload or arrange scanning according to the option booked. If the listing or your confirmation is unclear, resolve it with VFS before travelling.
