The official VFS listing identifies The Shoppes at Belle Grand Rama 9, Units BS003/BS003/1, 1st floor, 131/1 and 141/1 Rama 9 Road, Huay Kwang, Bangkok 10310. Listed opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. These are centre hours, not permission to attend without an appointment.
Bangkok also appears in the premium-centre directory. Use the exact location on your appointment confirmation; do not assume a premium appointment is at the standard address. Confirm holidays and any changed hours with VFS before travelling.
Check the date, arrival time, location and booking reference in your confirmation. Allow for Bangkok traffic and any time needed to find the correct building and floor. Follow VFS’s current instructions for identification, accompanying people and items permitted inside.
Before leaving, check whether your documents must already be uploaded or whether you have specifically booked scanning. Bring your passport and the appointment or application documents requested for your booking. Paid assistance at the centre is separate from our service fee.
VFS handles the appointment and identity/biometric steps required for the application. UKVI decides the visa. Centre staff, a premium lounge or a paid appointment do not guarantee approval. Follow your decision and passport-return instructions after the appointment.
