How to pay — Thai bank transfer

Before you transfer

1. Contact us through LINE @ukvisath or visa@ukvisafromthailand.com. Agree the package, exact deliverables, additional charges, total and cancellation terms in writing. Ask for a quote reference.
2. Check the recipient name in your banking app against the Thai company name above. If the name, account or requested amount differs, stop and contact us through the details on this website.
3. Transfer only the amount in your agreed quote. Include the quote reference where your banking app permits it, and keep the receipt.
4. Send the receipt and quote reference by LINE or email. Wait for confirmation that the payment has been matched and agree the work-start date. A transfer does not automatically book a VFS slot or begin UKVI processing.

What this payment covers

We are not VAT registered and do not add VAT to our service fees. Your transfer covers only our agreed service charges. UK government application fees and IHS are paid separately through the official application process. VFS charges follow VFS’s payment instructions.

Do not use an amount copied from a web link as an instruction to pay. The package calculator is an estimate; your written quote is the payment reference.

Cancellation and payment questions

Our published policy states a 5% deduction before work starts and treats work already started as non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Confirm the applicable terms before ordering. A visa refusal does not itself refund properly completed administrative work. Read the full refund policy.
